Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture, hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party" or "ARiMR", of ARiMR property and third party liability insurance services for ARiMR activities in 2026.
2. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be completed on conditions and principles specified in the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: ppu) together with annexes, constituting (respectively for a given part of the order) Annexes No. 6.1 - 6.2 to the specification of terms of contract (hereinafter: "SWZ"). The detailed scope of service provision is specified in annexes to the ppu, respectively, for a given part of the order.
3. The requirements of the Ordering Party included in the draft provisions of the contract (respectively for a given part of the order) are superior to the General Terms and Conditions of Insurance.
Part No. 1 of the order - property insurance
1. Subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to ARiMR of property insurance services of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture - property insurance against all risks and insurance of electronic equipment against all risks.
2. List of the Ordering Party's locations where the insured property is located the property is included in Appendix No. 1 to the ppu, constituting Appendix No. 6.1 to the SWZ.
3. Subject of insurance.
