- The subject of the order is property and liability insurance of the Municipal Road Administration in Toruń. The description of the subject of the contract is Part III of the SWZ. 1. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The order is divided into the following two parts: 1.1. PART No. 1 of the order - insurance property and civil liability and vehicles: A. Property insurance against fire and other accidental events B. Property insurance against burglary and robbery C. Glass breakage insurance D. Electronic equipment insurance against all risks E. Liability insurance civil F. Motor insurance: F.1. compulsory civil liability insurance for the owner of motor vehicles; F.2. car insurance; F.3. personal accident insurance for the driver and passengers F.4. assistance insurance 1.2. PART No. 2 of the order - insurance of bridges and structures with infrastructure: A. Property insurance against fire and other accidental events, B. Property insurance against burglary and robbery: C. Glass breakage insurance. 2. The description of PART No. 1 and No. 2 of the order constitutes Part III of the SWZ. 3.Each part of the order will be assessed separately. 4. Contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts of the order. 5. The Ordering Party does not limit the maximum number of parts for which an order may be awarded to the same Contractor
