Description:
1.The subject of the order is:
1) in part 1 of the order - civil liability insurance in connection with the business and property held;
2) in part 2 of the order - property insurance against all risks, including property insurance against burglary and robbery and insurance windows and other glass objects against breakage and insurance of electronic equipment against all risks (excluding hospital buildings);
3) in part 3 of the order - property insurance against all risks - hospital buildings.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of insurance has been defined in detail
in Annexes No. 6 and 6a, 6b and 6c to the SWZ, respectively for a given part of the order.
3. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers, i.e. for one or more parts of the order.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.
5. Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law, constituting 20% of the value of the basic contract for the first, second and third parts.
