Detailed description of the subject of the order was specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. 4. Reservation of key tasks to be performed personally by the Contractor: The Ordering Party does not reserve the personal performance of key tasks by the Contractor. 5. Employment under an employment contract: In connection with Art. 95 section 1 of the Ordering Party Act does not require the Contractor or subcontractor(s), under an employment relationship, to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the order.
