Description:
1.Type of order: service.
The subject of the order is the property cleaning service, including snow removal and maintenance of green areas around the houses students of the University of Wrocław.

3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, including: the scope of daily and cyclical cleaning, cleaning of the property around and next to the building, washing windows on both sides and snow removal is included in Appendix no. 1 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.
4. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order and the payment terms are indicated in the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
5. The contractor is obliged to have liability insurance throughout the entire duration of the service civil law and on the day of concluding the contract, to submit to the Ordering Party proof of its conclusion, the terms of the insurer's liability and proof of premium payment.
139 section 1 of the Act on the Public Procurement Law, provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e.: first, it will examine and evaluate the offers, and then it will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
