- 1. The order covers the Commune of Byczyna together with the Municipal Office, organizational units and cultural institutions, and units of the Volunteer Fire Department. The list of entities covered by the order is included in Annex No. 1d to the SWZ, tab No. 1. If the ordering party is mentioned in the further part of the SWZ and its annexes, it should be this is understood by the Commune of Byczyna, and if the following part of the SWZ and its annexes refers to the policyholder/insured person, it should be understood as the Commune of Byczyna and the entities listed in Annex No. 1d to the SWZ, tab No. 1. The Commune of Byczyna acts as an authorized representative on behalf of these entities covered by the order, which have the status of separate ordering entities (this provision particularly applies to legal entities).2. The subject of the order is property and civil liability insurance of the Byczyna Commune. The scope of insurance includes: a) property insurance against all risks, b) insurance electronic equipment against all risks, c) civil liability insurance, d) accident insurance for members of the executive body of an auxiliary unit of the Commune.3.
