Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of property insurance, civil liability and communication insurance of Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Handlowo-Produkcyjna "Lech" Społka z o.o. in Bialystok, excluding the location of ZUOK in Bialystok.
Detailed requirements related to the subject Orders are specified in Chapter 8. Number and description of the part of the IDW order (Volume I SWZ) and in the contract templates (volume II SWZ) separately for each part of the order.
Part 1 - property insurance
in the scope of:
1) property insurance against all risks (All Risks)
2) insurance electronic equipment from all risks (EEI)
214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law in part 1, i.e. property insurance:
1) in the event of the order to secure the property of the Ordering Party (e.g. newly acquired);
2) in the event of a decision to raise the sum insured for the risk of fire, fire, soot, smoke, explosion and implosion
3) in the event of a prolonged procedure for awarding another order in the open process, which should also be understood that there is no resolution of the proceedings in such a procedure; The contracting authority will grant the contractors of the basic order of a given part of the order, on the same terms to describe in the OPZ and the contract template for part 1 of the fact.
