Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of insurance coverage by the Contractor (insurance service) in the scope of:
- property insurance against fire and other random events,
-the insure of electronic equipment from all risks,
- property insurance against burglary and robbery,
- Insurance of machinery and equipment from electrical damage,
- Insurance of machinery and devices from failure,
- civil liability insurance for conducting business activities and the use of property (tort and contract regime),
- Insurance of construction machinery against all risks.
2. A detailed description of the terms of the contract (insurance) was specified for each risk in Annex 4 and 5 of SWZ and in the planned provisions of the contract (PPU/template of the contract) Annex 2 SWZ.
Data for risk assessment and object Insurance contains confidential information. The method of access to confidential information and the requirements related to the protection of the confidential nature of the information are specified in § 3 para. 3.3. Swz.
4. The order includes options. The Employer provides in the order to use the option referred to in art. 441 para. 1 Przampubl, consisting in changing the scope or subject of insurance coverage, for an additional premium. Optional order was described in the planned provisions of the contract.
