Description:
1. The subject of the order for the Ministry of Infrastructure is: a) property insurance against all risks, including property insurance against burglary and robbery and insurance against breakage of windows and other glass items, b) electronic equipment insurance, c) liability insurance civil (general + extensions),2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. The detailed method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.4. Zamwie Common Vocabulary Code (CPV) 66510000-8 - services insurance.5. The ordering party envisages awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Act: Part I: up to 10% of the value of the basic order. The scope of the order will include property insurance covered by the basic order, which will be awarded in accordance with the procedure resulting from Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The terms of execution of the contract will be consistent with the conditions contained in the basic order.6.
