- 1. Property protection in the electronic and electronic-video monitoring system in facilities administered by the Municipal Buildings and Premises Board in Szczecin.2. The property will be protected by the Contractor by: 1) equipping the facilities covered by the subject of the order with transmitters monitoring signals sent from local alarm systems owned by the ordering party, 2) constant monitoring of signals sent from local alarm systems, telephone, radio or mobile phone connections, 3) immediate dispatch of an intervention group to the protected property, within a maximum of 12 minutes (the response time of the intervention group is one of the offer evaluation criteria) after receiving a signal about a threat to persons or property in the property, in order to eliminate the threat and secure the property until the arrival of a person authorized by the Ordering Party, 4) notification if necessary, the Police, Fire Brigade or Emergency Medical Service, in order to take appropriate action, 5) sending an intervention group consisting of at least 2 people, entered on the list of qualified physical protection workers, equipped with w...
