Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of property protection services at the Ordering Party's facility located in Olenica at ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego 31c, covered by an area monitoring system (16 cameras), which includes: - buildings with a total area of ~1,864.00 m2, - an area of ~5,587.00 m2, - vehicles, equipment construction, tools, plant equipment, - construction materials stored in a fenced yard or in buildings/hereinafter referred to as: facility/ 2. The estimated number of hours of providing security services during the duration of the contract is 6,760 hours. The number of hours specified is the maximum. The Ordering Party may entrust the Contractor provision of services in a 10% smaller number of hours, and the Contractor is not entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party in this regard.3. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes being on duty in the places specified in section 1 outside the unit's working hours, i.e. on working days from 15:00 to 07:00 the next day, as well as on Saturdays and public holidays 24 hours a day (hereinafter referred to as duty).4.
