- The subject of the order is property and electronic surveillance, as well as the response of the patrol and intervention group, and in particular: 1. The service includes 8,760 hours of surveillance and protection of designated facilities, land and property of PrzedsiΔbiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej Gminy Lubin Sp. z o. o (Ordering Party), including: supervision of PGKGL facilities in Ksiginice.2. Electronic supervision (monitoring) of the Local Alarm System (LSA) of the facility at Ksiginice 14, by the Armed Intervention Post (USI) by receiving information about events from the facility, and, among others: a) Group response Patrol and Intervention (GPI) immediately after receiving a signal from the Internal Revenue Service (reaching the site within 30 minutes), excluding situations beyond the control of the Ordering Party, which make it impossible to fulfill the obligation within a specified period); b) GPI will take all necessary measures at the scene of the incident, activities permitted by law to protect the Ordering Party's property; c) providing persons authorized by the Ordering Party or appropriate institutions with information about the alarm, in accordance with the received order; d) providing the Ordering Party with the transmitter and the SIM card on time t...
