- 1. Subject matter of the order.1.1 The subject of the order is the performance of mining works (hereinafter referred to as mining works) in the scope of reconstruction and protection of the Kosocice podnia, on sections marked in the design documentation with numbers 15, 16 and 17.1.2 The purpose of the mining works is the reconstruction and protection workings in terms of restoring their functionality and improving safety standards for people staying there, in particular identifying leaks located on level VI in the western part of the mine and preparing workings and underground infrastructure for the liquidation of the chambers, part western mine in the next ones years, including maintaining the ventilation function of the workings in question.2. Scope of mining works As part of the execution of mining works, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) organize the work site (area), 2) prepare the technology for carrying out the works, 3) provide materials necessary to carry out the mining works, 4) ensure machines and equipment necessary to perform mining works,5) ensure persons with appropriate authorizations and qualifications to supervise the mining works,6) provide surveying services,7) carry out mining works.3.
