Description:
a) The subject of this order is a social service consisting in the provision of security and supervision services for the office buildings of the Roads Authority of the City of Krakow. The service should be provided on the basis of applicable legal acts: - Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection persons and property (Journal of Laws 2025, item 532), - Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781) b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using: draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ substantive scope constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ scope of duties of a security employee constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZc) Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the order. By key parts of the order The Ordering Party understands: carrying out activities involving the protection and supervision of property by the Contractor's employees, including having its own intervention group (Subcontractors are not allowed in the above scope). In the event that contractors jointly apply for order, the scope of activities indicated above must be carried out by the Contractor who holds a current Concession from the Minister of Affairs...
