Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in 24-hour security of the property of Galeria Arsena in Białystok, at ul. A. Mickiewicza 2, on the plot with survey no. 1745, i.e. the building, Pera's work of art in the parking lot at the ww.o.ca, and the protection of people staying in the building in question. Due to the fact that the scope of the subject of the order will be provided in a public utility facility where a large group of people may stay at one time, including minors and the elderly, employees employed in the execution of the order in question must be characterized by high personal culture. During the period In winter, it is also required to remove the parking lot and the entrance to the Gallery building (approx. 50 m2) to ensure safe access for employees and visitors, and, if necessary, to sprinkle sand or remove slipperiness on the surface of the entrance to the building. Protection must be provided 24 hours a day in all areas. days of the week (including Sundays and holidays). The contractor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Act of August 22, 1997. on the protection of persons and property (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532).
