The subject of the order is a social service consisting in the protection of the buildings of the Municipal Cultural Center in Zduska Wola: 1) Immovable land with a building - Zduskowolskie Integration Center RATUSZ, Plac Wolnoci 26, in the area 6 m. Zduska Wola, marked as plot no. 325, with an area 12,169 m, owned by the City of Zduska Wola, for which a land and mortgage register is kept in the District Court in Zduska Wola under the number SR1Z00030191/3 ("Object"), with particular emphasis on the building of the Zduskowolski Integration Center RATUSZ and its equipment, as well as the persons staying in the indicated real estate, as well as the provision of additional services.2) Real estate developed with a building - Branch of the Municipal Cultural Center, located at 1-go Maja Street 5-7 in Zduska Wola, marked as plot no. 259/1, surveying area 26, with an area of 5,070 m, constituting municipal property owned by the City Zduska Wola, for which a land and mortgage register is kept at the District Court in Zduska Wola under the number SR1Z/00019466/9.2.
