- 1. The subject of the contract is delivery together with the assembly and development of project documentation for the comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Protection of the natural environment of the Nieborow commune by installing renewable energy sources - stage II". The task is to design and implement Deliveries, assembly and starting the installation:
- solar installations: 182 pcs.
- Solar collectors' installation: 25 pcs.
- Pellet boilers: 8 pcs.
- Air heat pumps: 61 pcs.
on the parameters indicated in the list starting on page 2 of the functional and utility program (PFU), which is an attachment to SWZ. The installations in question will produce heat or electricity for the own needs of a residential building for which it will be installed.
During the implementation of construction/installation works, it is required to use construction tools and machinery using renewable energy energy (equipment: screwdriver, angle grinder, welder, forklift, etc. electrically powered and/or with electric batteries, which will be charged with electricity from renewable energy, e.g. photovoltaics or biogas).
As part of the subject of the contract, it will be maintained Existing greenery - no interference is planned to green areas, felling trees, bushes, etc.
As part of the investment task, the Contractor will submit to the Ordering Party:
-architectural and construction design, if required by law,
