Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: Protection of persons and property in the building of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Katowice at ul. Wita Stwosza 7:, a) MOPS building at ul. Wita Stwosza 7, is an office building with a basement with a total usable area of 4,826.90 m2, equipped with otherfire protection, anti-burglary, computer, water and sewage, central heating, telephone networks and full room equipment, i.e. desks, wardrobes, office equipment, etc.; on the ground floor of the building there are rooms used by an external entity running a catering business (bar)., b)Under the order, the contractor is obliged to: protect people and property in the scope of permanent and direct physical protection, together with supervision of signals sent, collected and processed in electronic devices and alarm systems installed in the MOPS building at ul. Wita Stwosza 7., c) Wythe contractor will install a device for electronic control of rounds in the building, with a minimum of 5 control points., d) When providing the service, the contractor is obliged to ensure in the building of the Municipal Social Welfare Center in Katowice at ul.
