Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of protection services for people and property, i.e. direct physical protection of the Castle and Park Complex in Sucha Beskidzka. Pursuant to the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995), the protection of persons and property should be understood as: - activities aimed at aimed at ensuring the safety of life, health and inviolability of persons; - activities to prevent crimes and offenses against property, as well as to prevent damage resulting from these events and to prevent unauthorized persons from entering the protected area. The protected area consists of The Castle and Park complex includes: the castle building, in addition to the restaurant, hotel and school premises (the Ordering Party notes that the castle building houses the Sucha Beskidzka Municipal Museum and will be protected by it); conservatory building; Gardener's Cottage; castle courtyard; castle park; parking lots, including localized parking outside the castle fence (between the castle and the Forest District building).
