Brief Description of the Subject Order: 1. The subject of the order is: Protection of persons and property facilities of the Office of the Wilanów District. Warsaw at ul. F. Klimczak 2 and 4 in Warsaw: 1) Direct, 24-hour physical protection of persons and property located in facilities administered by the Office of the Wilanów district of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, indicated in Annex 1 to the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as objects', in accordance with the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 838), in the amount of 31494 working hours, in Those 400 working hours as part of options, 2) monitoring of alarm signals informing about the attack, burglary from the objects listed in Annex No. 1 to the contract;, 3) Arrival of the intervention group in the event of alarm or recalling it ,, 4) preparation for each object of protection instructions Object "taking into account the specificity of the contracting entity's activities;, 5) Development of the procedure for the operation of the intervention group taking into account the specificity and position of objects;, 6) drawing up the risk analysis associated with ensuring the continuity of the protection of persons and property in a situation of occurrence
