Description:
The subject of the order is the protection of persons and property in the facilities of the Sports and Recreation Center of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw in the Oliborz District ul. Potocka 1 in Warsaw and a convoy of monetary values.1. Scope of the Contractor's obligations regarding protection and security. The Contractor will perform activities in the field of physical protection, supervising devices, including monitoring devices, preparing a facility security plan in consultation with the Ordering Party, keeping documentation, initiating rescue and intervention actions, as well as conducting training in the field of safety, supervising facilities and people staying in them, in accordance with from the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (uniform text: (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532) and the performance of activities resulting from this Act. 2. Detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations: 1) ensuring maximum safety of property, life and health of persons staying on the premises of the facility, 2) controlling the movement of people and goods, in accordance with the regulations in force on the premises of the facility and keeping related documentation,3) preventing access to the premises by persons under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances,4) against...
