Description:
1. The subject of the order is the protection of persons and property at the SPWSZ in Szczecin in locations at: ul. Arkońska 4 (including locations at Broniewskiego Street), ul. Sokołowskiego 11.
2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in the draft contract, constitutingAnnex 4 to SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. The place of implementation of the subject of the contract will be an independent public provincial complex hospital in Szczecin with its registered office atArkońska Street 4, 71-455 Szczecin, in the location at ul. Arkońska 4 (including locations at Broniewskiego Street) and at ul. Sokołowskiego 11.
5. The contracting authority does not reserve the obligation to perform in person by the Contractor with key tasks regarding the subject of the contract, with the exception of the services providedby motorized intervention groups referred to in point 3.9. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, which the contractor is obliged to perform alone. The contractor may entrust the implementation of other elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of intention to performthe subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is obliged to indicate in its offer part of the contract (material ranges), which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.
