1. The subject of the order is the provision of security services for people and property in the facilities of the Castle Museum in Malbork, the branch in the Castle in Kwidzyn and the branch in the Castle in Sztum, as well as supervision and cleaning of exhibition rooms in the Castle Museum in Malbork.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ, under an employment relationship, persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the execution of the order, if performing these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
