DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER1. The subject of the order is the physical protection of persons and property by the contractor who, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 22, 1997, on the protection of persons and property (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995), a license to conduct business activities in the field of personal and property protection services property.2. As part of the physical protection of persons and property, the contractor will be obliged to provide, in accordance with the Security Instructions of the Museum in Gliwice: services consisting in physical protection against theft, destruction or other threats of the facilities of the Museum in Gliwice, i.e.: a) the Willa Caro facility located in Gliwice at ul. Dolne Waw 8a with the branch - Artistic Foundry Branch at ul. Bojkowska 37 in Gliwiceb) the "Zamek Piastowski" facility located in Gliwice at ul. Pod Murami 2c) Radiostacja Gliwice facilities at ul. Tarnogrska 127-131 along with the Radio Station tower and the buildings in them occupant, as well as protection against violation of bodily integrity, loss of life or health of persons staying there, and in particular the contractor will be obliged to supervise the protected facilities and maintain guard posts. staych
