Description:
1. Zakres of the subject of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the provision of property protection and cleanliness at MPO Społka z o.o. Krakow.
No. 1 a) to SWZ;
No. 1 b) to Swz.
2. Miejsc service provision:
at ul. Nowahucka 1 in Krakow;
2) collective waste collection point lamusownia;
3) Database MPO Społka z o.o. Barska 12 in Krakow;
4) Ecological Center Barycz at ul. Krzemieniecka 40 in Krakow;
5) Municipal Waste Recycling Center at ul. Igołomska 17a in Krakow.
3. Clusting tasks:
The contracting authority does not allow entrusting key parts of the order to subcontractors. By key parts of the order, the Ordering Party understands the performance of activities covering the protection of property (including the support of the monitoring system and the fire protection system) and maintenance purity.
4. Employment based on an employment contract:
The contracting authority requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employ all persons who will perform activities covering the protection of property (including the monitoring system and the fire protection system) and maintaining cleanliness on the basis of an employment relationship.
Ordering During the implementation of the subject of the contract, he will verify the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the terms set out in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
