Description:
1. The subject of the order is the protection of property and persons at the headquarters of MOW NFZ at ul. Chaubiskiego 8 in Warsaw.2. Description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1A to SWZ.3. The detailed scope of rights and obligations related to the implementation of the subject of the order shall be specified the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.4. The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction.5. The Ordering Party does not plan to submit an offer in the form of electronic catalogues.6. The ordering party does not conduct any proceedings to conclude the contract framework.7. The Ordering Party does not reserve the right to apply for the contract only by contractors referred to in Art. 94 of the Public Procurement Law 8. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.9. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding the contracts referred to in art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
