Description:
The subject of the order are security services for the property of the Brzeski Cultural Center at ul. Mleczna 5 in 2026. Security should be aimed primarily at preventing unauthorized persons from staying in protected facilities, preventing property theft, protecting against burglary from the outside, especially after the end of office hours, preventing acts of aggression, devastation of property, preventing the spread of fires and preventing other acts contrary to applicable law. Security services should be provided in accordance with the provisions in force in this regard, in particular the Acts of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995). Requirements regarding the organization of the work of the post: 1) in the building of the Brzeski Cultural Center at ul. Mleczna 5, guard post (1 guard),2) it is to be an internal and round guard post,3) the guard's duties include: a) supervising the Brzeski Cultural Center at ul.
