protection of property of a building located in Tczew at ul. Stefana Kardynaa Wyszyskiego 10, managed by the Center for Culture and Art in Tczew, along with the building's equipment, protection of the area adjacent to the building in the form of a fenced plot no. 343/6 (park behind the building) with an area of 0.3772 ha and fenced plot no. 343/4 (parking lot) with an area of 0.263 ha, as well as: - cooperation of a security employee on duty on a given day in protecting events organized by the Center for Culture and Art in Tczew in the protected building and in the park behind the building on plot no. 343/6. - monitoring control from facilities protected by camera systems. - protection and monitoring of alarm signals and intervention in the event of a threat to the CKiS facility in Tczew. - performing concierge and information activities - controlling people entering the building in the event of a regime in force for the duration of the epidemiological threat in 2026 year
