Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of physical protection services for persons and property in the form of: 1) direct permanent physical protection performed by security employees entered on the list of qualified security employees who, pursuant to Art. 30 section 1 of the Act of 21 May 1999 on weapons and ammunition (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 485), authorization to use weapons in the category corresponding to the Contractor's weapons certificate, employed under a development contract by a Contractor who has the status referred to in Art. 29 section 1 point 2 of the Weapons and Ammunition Act and will obtain a certificate based on it weapons, for firearms in the form of center-fire pistols and revolvers with calibers from 6 mm to 12 mm in accordance with point 2 of point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of October 21, 2011 on the principles of arming specialized armed protective formations and storage conditions and keeping records of weapons and ammunition (i.e. Journal of Laws 2015.992) and will use firearms in the form of center-fire pistols and revolvers with calibers from 6 mm to 12 mm to protect the physical persons and property of the Ordering Party in accordance with the subject of the contract in the building P...
