Description:
The subject of the order is a comprehensive service of protection of persons and property of the Ateneum Theater in Warsaw, through single-person, 24-hour duty by security agents at the headquarters of the Ateneum Theater, located in Warsaw at ul. Jaracza 2.The premises of the Ateneum Theater are located in part of the building which is property of the ZZK Federation and in 2 technical buildings in the background. The theater's headquarters includes an outdoor area, a yard next to the technical buildings and a parking lot where storage containers are located. The order also covers monitoring of the area at ul. Jaracza 5. Estimated number of man-hours during the period covered by the order - PLN 8,760. INSURANCE: The contractor is obliged to have, during the term of the contract, valid civil liability insurance for damage caused while performing the activities covered by the contract in an amount not less than PLN 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand zlotys). EMPLOYMENT: Ordering party requires the Contractor to employ at least three people performing the work of a security guard/porter under a full-time employment contract - each of them.
