Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the protection service of persons and property along with the service of the cloakroom in the buildings of the Ordering Party - Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce and in the premises made available to the Ordering Party - as described by the subject of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.

3. The contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
4. The commissioner recommends taking a local vision in the facilities described in Annex 1. In the event that the contractor decideson the submission of a local vision, it is obliged to agree the date and time of it with the head of the facility.They were employed by the contractor / subcontractor under the period of implementation of the contract under the employment contract within the meaning of art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974, Labor Code (i.e. D.U. of 2025, item 277). The contracting authority has the right to control before signing the contract and during its implementationmeeting the requirements indicated by the contractor or subcontractor, in particular by ordering PIP inspection and in accordance with the provisions of the contract template constituting Annex 3 to SWZ. Sanctions for failure to meet the requirement referred to in the first sentence are specified in the contract template.
