Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the construction of a sanitary sewage system discharging domestic sewage from the property at ul. Wiejska, Szkolna and Wieczorka in the villages of Ostrow and Lubockie. The construction of the sewage system also includes the location of the collector at Ostrowska Street in...Kochanowice society. The planned sewage system will be connected to the existing sanitary sewage pumping station built on plot no. 172/48 in Kochanowice. The subject of the order is also the appointment of a construction works supervision inspector 2. The scope of the order consists of 2 parts: Part 1 Construction worksne - Construction of a sanitary sewage system discharging domestic sewage from the property at ul. Wiejska, Szkolna and Wieczorka in the communities of Ostrow and Lubockie. Part 2 Acting as an investor supervision inspector for the contract in question. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the order is: Dpart 1 - Construction design Attachment No. 1a to the SWZ, Bill of Quantities Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ, Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ and MAPS, Attachment No. 14 to the SWZ.
