Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the protection of the western section of the retaining wall of the castle in Sztum and conservation works of the retaining wall and the Prison Tower. , 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: 1) Design documentation, which constitutesAnnex No. 1 to SWZ, i.e.: a) construction design together with the land development design, b) Specification for Technical Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWIOR), c) bill of quantities for construction works, 2) Detailing the scope presented in the construction design, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to SWZ, 3) Projectsthat the contract, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ., 3. The Ordering Party has a valid construction permit and conservation permit., 4. The bills of quantities provided to the Contractor do not constitute a description of the subject of the order, they are only of an illustrative nature and constitute auxiliary material that should be includedrpret together with the rest of the description of the subject of the contract., 5. The implementation of the subject of the contract will be carried out on a facility active as a tourist destination, and due to this fact, construction works should be planned so as not to interfere with its normal operation during tourists' visits.
