Description of the subject of the order:
1. Extension and purchase of protection systems for workstations and servers - Delivery consisting in the extension, renewal and extension of software, modules, number and scope of licenses for software used to secure stations and servers:
a) 750 licenses currently existing ESET antivirus solutions with upgrade to ESET PROTECT ELITE version,
b) 15 licenses - access protection system for CORE stations and servers -
c) 1pcs notebook computer
d) 175 sets of dongles
e) warranty for technical support for up to 36 months from the date of signing the protocol final acceptance,
2. License valid for 36 months from the date of expiry.
3. The Ordering Party currently has a license for the ESET PROTECT product, with public identifier 33B-2DS-7JD.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
The proceedings concern the program from the National Reconstruction Plan and Increasing Resilience (KPO), as part of:
1) investment D1.1.2 acceleration of digital transformation processes in health care through further development of digital services in health care as part of the project.
2) project: acceleration of digital transformation processes in health care at the Specialist Hospital them. Stefan Żeromski SPZOZ in Krakow.
