- providing services consisting in providing temporary shelter in a shelter for homeless people for whom the Koronowo Commune is the last place of permanent residence. The subject of the order is to provide 24-hour temporary shelter for homeless people, in a heated room, the temperature of which is not lower than 20C along with food in the form of at least 3 meals a day, including one hot one. The service is provided throughout the year, 7 days a week. The Ordering Party stipulates that the services may only be provided by entities running a shelter for homeless people listed in by the voivode to the list of establishments providing temporary shelter. The standard of basic services provided in a shelter for homeless people and the standard of the facility in which the shelter for homeless people is located must be in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of April 27, 2018 on minimum standards for night shelters, homeless shelters, shelters for homeless people with care services and heating facilities (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 896, as amended). zm.).
