Description:
The subject of the order includes the provision of 24-hour emergency services: 1) in properties whose address list includes Annex No. 1A to SWZ; 2) to the extent charged by the Ordering Party in accordance with applicable law, i.e. the Act of June 21, 2001 on the protection of tenants' rights and housing resources of the commune and amendments to the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, items 1071, 1172, 1508). 2.1. The number of buildings covered by the emergency service is: 81.2.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the scope of the subject of the order in the event of a change in the number of buildings specified in Annex No. 2 to this contract for reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party, resulting from e.g. handing over the real estate covered by the subject of the order to another entity for administration, demolition of the building, handing over the building to administration, etc.,3.
