Description:
1. provision of 24-hour emergency service in the housing stock owned by Nieruchomoci Brzeziny Sp. z o. o. in Piekary lskie for 20262. The subject of the order includes the provision of 24-hour emergency service: 1) in properties whose address list includes Annex No. 1A to the SWZ; 2) to the extent charged to the Ordering Party in accordance with applicable legal provisions, i.e. the Act of June 21, 2001 on the protection of tenants' rights and municipal housing resources and amending the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 725) and the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, items 1071, 1172, 1508). 2.1. The number of residential and multi-unit buildings covered by the emergency service is: 41.2.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the scope of the subject of the order in the event of a change in the number of buildings specified in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ, for reasons independent of the Ordering Party, resulting in particular from the transfer of the real estate covered by the subject of the order to another entity for management or from the demolition of the building, etc.3.
