The subject of the order is the provision of 24-hour medical services, i.e. examination of persons detained by the Police, including those who have been sobered up in the area of operation of the District/Municipal Police Headquarters. voivodeship and collecting a blood sample. 5.2. The quantities of services specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Product and Price Form were estimated by the Ordering Party in order to calculate the offer price by the Contractor. The actual number of services ordered will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party in this regard. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of services indicated in the above-mentioned. attached. The minimum value of the order that the Ordering Party intends to complete will not be less than 60% of the gross value of the contract (according to the part). 5.3. medical services should be provided 24 hours a day, regardless of the weather day of the week, outside the order resulting from the patient admission procedure (excluding admission of patients whose life is in danger) in accordance with the regulations and procedures resulting in particular from: 1) Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of September 13, 2012 on medical examinations of persons arrested...
