Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision to the Ordering Party of 24-hour services in the field of protection of persons and property (area, facilities, movable property) of the District Court in Stalowa Wola and the District Prosecutor's Office in Stalowa Wola at ul. Popieuszki 16, 37-450 Stalowa Wola from Monday to Sunday, involving direct physical protection - within a period of 12 months from January 15, 2026, according to the following list and the following rules: 2. The Ordering Party requires security to be provided by: a) the Court segment on Mondays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and from Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., will be protected by 3 security employees (one employee at the main entrance to the building, one employee in front of the video monitoring screens and one employee patrolling the corridors next to the courtrooms in the District Court); b) the Prosecutor's Office segment on Mondays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and from Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will be protected by one employee; c) on working days from Monday from 1800 to Tuesday until 730, from Tuesday to Friday from 1530 to 0730 and on holidays, Sundays and public holidays 24 hours a day Side ...
