- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of 24-hour security services for persons and property in 2026 for the Grnolski Ethnographic Park Museum in Chorzow, carried out by specialized armed protective formations and technical security in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025.532, as amended), Act of May 21, 1999 on weapons and ammunition (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024.485, as amended), issued on the basis of the above-mentioned acts, implementing acts and the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of September 2, 2014 on securing the museum's collections against fire, theft and other dangers threatening their destruction or loss (i.e. Journal of Laws 2014.1240). A detailed description of the subject of the order specified in Chapter III of the terms of reference. The Ordering Party informs about the possibility of a voluntary on-site visit to the site. final execution of the subject of the order. A site visit is not obligatory.
