The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Providing 24-hour shelter for homeless people, women and men from the city and commune of Opoczno 2025, divided into 2 parts: The subject of the order includes the provision of services providing 24-hour shelter in a shelter for homeless people directed to by MGOPS in Opoczno. Detailed description below: 1. The Ordering Party anticipates that the projected average number of homeless people covered by the services will be approximately 10 people (women and men).2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of homeless people covered by the services indicated in paragraphs. 1 by actual demand, depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party (respectively the number of administrative decisions granting the benefit actually issued), of which the Contractor will be informed in the manner indicated in section 1. 12 in the draft provisions of the contract. .3. The ordering party indicates the minimum value the Contractor's remuneration for the execution of the subject of the order in the amount of 35% of the remuneration referred to in section 3. 1 in the draft provisions of the contract.4.
