Name of part 1: provision of 24-hour services for the administrative removal of vehicles with d.m.c. up to 3.5 tons from the city of Rzeszów.1. The subject of the order is the provision of 24-hour services in the field of administrative removal of vehicles from the city. Rzeszów about d.m.c. up to 3.5 tons under Art. 50a and 130a of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law, in relation to which the authority of the Police, City Guard in Rzeszów, Road Transport Inspection or the person commanding the rescue operation, or another statutorily authorized person, issued a legally prescribed order to remove the vehicle to the parking lot designated by the Ordering Party, located in Rzeszów at ul. Wyspiaskiego (former marketplace).2) By providing a service administrative removal of the vehicle means the Contractor's arrival at the place indicated in the instruction, loading of the vehicle, and its immediate transport to the parking lot indicated in point. 1 and its unloading and parking.3) After bringing the vehicle to the parking lot, the Contractor undertakes to hand over the vehicle to the parking staff in a non-deteriorated condition.
