1. The subject of the order is to provide access to the ERP System (Enterprise Resource Planning) in the SaaS model, i.e. Software as a Service, along with its implementation and support. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ ("OPZ"). Important The provisions of the Agreement ("IPU) constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party provides for the right to option on the terms specified in the OPZ and IPU. 3. Place of implementation of the subject of the order - International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (MIBMiK) (ul. Ksiącia Trojdena 4, 02-109 Warszawa and al. Jerozolimskie 160, Warsaw).
