Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of access services to sports and recreational facilities and activities in Poland, in particular in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, to the Ordering Party's Employees, the Ordering Party's Children and Persons Accompanying the Employees. The provision of the Service will take place on based on personal access cards or via the application.2. The cards will be personal and active for the duration of the contract. 3. Due to the fact that the use of sports and recreation facilities is based on a voluntary basis, the Ordering Party will have the right to submit new ready participants use the access services and participants who cancel, starting from the new billing period (1 calendar month). The Contractor will bear the risk of reducing or increasing the number of participants using the services of access to sports and recreational facilities and activities and will not be liable for this. there were no claims under this title. 4. Possibility of using more than one accompanying person for a given employee.
