Description:
1. The subject of the order is to provide insurance coverage in the form of periodic (1-, 7-, 21-28-, 42-day) insurance packages in the period from January 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028, provided that the Ordering Party will sign a contract with the Contractor for the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. The period from January 1, 2028 to March 31, 2028 will apply to insurance coverage provided to insured persons who applied for it no later than on the last day of the contract (December 31, 2027) for a period of 3 months, i.e. until March 31, 2028.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor to provide services with a value of not less than 75% of the value indicated in section 5. 1 contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the basic order and the order covered by the option. The Contractor will not make any claims against the Ordering Party claims in this respect.4. The ordering party does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks.5. The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor.
