Scope of facility administration:
a) managing and controlling the working time of cashier staff (including operating the ticket office), collecting entry fees to the facility, fees for renting skates and fees for providing skate sharpening services, organizing cashiers' working time, sales reporting, transferring the daily turnover to the bank to the account of Ostrowskie Inwestycje Sportowe Społka z o. o. with its registered office in Ostrow Wielkopolski no later than 5 business days from the preparation of the cash report, compliance with the provisions of the "Cash management instructions in Ostrowskie Inwestycji Sportowe Społka z o. o. with its registered office in Ostrow Wielkopolski",
b) management and control of service working time technical, proper maintenance of individual assets of the facility, used in accordance with their intended purpose, through ongoing cleaning, repair, renovation or maintenance work resulting from the current operation of the facility,
c) management and control of working time skate rental service,
d) keeping the surface of the roller skating rink properly clean in order to create safe conditions for roller skating,
e) proper maintenance of the facility in order to create safe conditions for rent,
f) maintenance of the facility in terms of: organization of cleaning, cleaning the facility and green areas, including mowing, disposal and disposal of biomass, maintaining the cleanliness of toilets and other rooms, performing daily supervision of the facility, zaop... - Documents:
