Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the administration of sports and recreational facilities owned by the Municipality of Ostrow Wielkopolski, including: 1) playgrounds 20 facilities, 2) outdoor gyms 16 facilities, 3) sports fields 8 facilities, 4) skate park 1 facility, 5) street wokaut park 2 facilities, 6) rooms in the building common room 1 facility,7) amphitheater in the City Park 1 facility.2. The list of sports facilities is included in Annex No. 9.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 10. 4. Other requirements. 1) The Contractor will be insured against civil liability during the period of implementation of the contract. activities related to the subject of the contract for an amount not less than PLN 500,000.00 (say: five hundred thousand zlotys).2) The contractor is obliged to take effective actions reported by telephone or electronic means by the representative of the ordering party within no more than 8 hours from the moment of receiving reports of failures, securing damaged devices, acts of vandalism.
