Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of administration services of the bus station facility in Zakopane together with its components in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. 2. The scope of the order includes: 1) organizing and running a traffic control room in 5:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. by: a) ensuring the correct departures of the Carriers/Operators, b) informing passengers about the departures and arrivals of the Carriers/Operators directly to the traffic dispatcher, c) providing telephone information about departures and arrivals Carriers/Operators via a mobile phone provided by the Ordering Party, d) providing information about the departures and arrivals of Carriers/Operators via the email address provided by the Ordering Party (infodworzec@zakopane.eu) or another address to be indicated at a later date, 2) announcing all routes of Carriers/Operators departing from the station by providing the departure time and direction of the route at 06:00 20:00,3) organizing and running the ticket office/conducting sales and ticket pre-sale from . . every day, the commission and fees obtained in this respect constitute the Administrator's income, as...
