Description:
The subject of the order is: "Provision and operation of a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and management of segregated municipal waste delivered by residents of the Lesznowola Commune."
Providing and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and the management (recovery, recycling and disposal) of separately collected municipal waste and delivered by the inhabitants of the Lesznowola Commune to PSZOK must be carried out in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste, the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 14, 2016 on the levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain municipal waste fractions, the Provincial Waste Management Plan and the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lesznowola Commune.
As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of separately collected municipal waste delivered to PSZOK by residents of the Lesznowola Commune.
