- 1. The subject of the contract is the granting and service of a long -term loan. The loan will be allocated to finance the planned budget deficit, including financing activities implemented from funds from the European Union budget and the repayment of previously incurred liabilities intotal amount of PLN 7,804,732.82, (in words: seven million eight hundred four thousand seven hundred and thirty -two PLN 82/100), including:
1) to finance activities implemented from funds from the European Union budget in the amount of PLN 4,055,266.30:
A. "Together against climate threats -retrofitting volunteer fire brigades in the GΕubczyce poviat " - PLN 2,073,996.30,
b." Modernization of the building at PowstaΕcow Street in Baborow - creation of a nursery " - PLN 1,981,270,
2) implementation of other investment tasks and repayment of previously taken obligations
in the amount of PLN 3,749,4666.52,
Basic credit data:
a) type of transaction: granting and handling a long -term loan,
b) the amount and currency of the loan: PLN 7,804,732.82, launched according to the borrower's disposal in the period from the date of signing the contract to 30.12.2025.
